THE HISTORY

BuffaYolk was born from friendship, food debates, and a shared obsession with flavor. It all started with three friends—two from New Jersey who could never agree on whether it’s called pork roll or Taylor ham, and one from Philly who’s been in the kitchen for over 20 years mastering the art of the perfect chicken wing.

What started as passionate conversations over breakfast sandwiches and late-night wing tastings turned into a mission: to build a menu full of comfort food classics done right. We brought our regional flavors, culinary know-how, and a lot of love for the food we grew up on—then elevated it.

BuffaYolk is for food staple lovers. The egg sandwich purists. The wing fanatics. The sauce samplers. We’re here to settle debates, spark cravings, and serve breakfast and chicken like you’ve never had before.

Incredible, Unique Recipes

While our menu may look simple at first glance, don’t let that fool you—our spins on breakfast sandwiches and wings are anything but ordinary. We’ve taken classic comfort food and added bold flavors, crispy textures, and chef-inspired touches that elevate every bite.

From hand-battered, sauce-drenched wings to perfectly layered breakfast sandwiches stacked with farm-fresh eggs, gooey cheese, and your choice of meat (yes, we proudly serve both pork roll and Taylor ham), every item is crafted with care, flavor, and a little attitude.

This is food that hits—hard. Simple, but never basic.
